We utilise both our in house capability and a variety of external sources to identify investment opportunities and provide strategic advice on asset selection and location to meet requirements in terms of risk and return.

Our team can further provide hands-on expertise including helping the appointment of the project delivery team and oversee the development programme from project inception through to completion and ultimately final exit.
